Shipping costs

The shipping costs differ depending on the country of delivery. The shipping costs are excl. possible customs duties.

Orders are shipped by parcel post (DPD). The shipping costs for parcel shipping are displayed in the shopping cart. 

For orders with a total weight of up to 30 kg we charge the following shipping fees:

 Within Germany: 4,95€ 

 To Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands (except overseas territories), Switzerland, France (except overseas territories) , United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Ireland, Portugal, Norway, Finland: 6,95€. 

To Iceland: 29,95€

Customs declaration 

A customs declaration and customs clearance for orders outside the EU must be made by the customer independently.

Delivery times

Ready for shipment within 2-3 business days.

Standard delivery times:
Germany: 2-3 business days
European Union: 3-6 working days

Countries outside the European Union subject to customs duty:
10-14 business days (except for sea freight, here the delivery time is 6-8 weeks depending on the recipient country).
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you.

In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
For shipment weights over 30 kg or shipments that cannot be sent by parcel service, depending on the recipient country and due to the type and quantity of items, higher freight costs will be incurred, which we will invoice you separately.
